Legal — Freshpulsetrade

Terms, consumer information and policies governing the sale of bespoke and custom furniture in Australia. These terms operate alongside the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Effective: 1 July 2026 — governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Consumer guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)

Under the ACL, consumers have guarantees for goods and services including acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, and matching descriptions or samples. These guarantees are in addition to any express warranties we provide.

If a product is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the nature of the issue. For major failures you may also claim compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Warranty & aftercare

We provide a standard manufacturer's warranty on workmanship and materials. Warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, water damage, or modifications by third parties.

Warranty inspection

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Freshpulsetrade's liability for any claim is limited to the remedies set out under the ACL and these terms. We exclude indirect or consequential loss to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights which cannot lawfully be limited under Australian law.

Key policies — quick answers

Faulty items: report within a reasonable time. Custom-built items: refunds are limited due to bespoke manufacturing; we will offer repair or replacement where appropriate. Return postage or collection costs may apply except where the item is faulty.

Orders for bespoke furniture may not be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced. Lead times are confirmed at time of order; delays due to supply chain or force majeure will be communicated promptly.

All designs, images and content on this site remain the intellectual property of Freshpulsetrade unless otherwise stated. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
